Winfried Holz, Country Operating Officer of Fujitsu Services GmbH in Germany and Chairman of the Executive Board of TDS Informationstechnologie AG (TDS), will leave both companies on 31 August 2008. Significant growth for TDS in Q1 2008/2009

Neckarsulm, August 14, 2008. TDS Group (ISIN DE0005085609) revenues climbed by 33 percent in the first quarter of fiscal 2008/2009 (April 1 to June 30, 2008) over the same period of last year. Revenues rose from last year’s figure (for April to June 2007) of €23,728 thousand to €31,721 thousand.
